The jewel of the Electropolis Museum’s collection: come and admire the great Sulzer-BBC machine, maintained every day just as it was in the first half of the 20th century.

The starting point for the creation of the museum, this gigantic steam generator weighing several tonnes, was saved from destruction in the 1980s, and with it the heritage of a bygone era. This characteristic technology of the period is presented primarily to tell the story of the men who worked there, through a multimedia spectacle.
